Customer Advisor

Role Overview
The
Customer Advisor
will be responsible for interacting with customers across
voice calls, WhatsApp, and email
, providing product information, resolving queries, and guiding customers toward successful purchases on our D2C platforms. The role demands strong communication, sales orientation, digital understanding, and the ability to identify insights and trends that help improve sales performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction & Support
Handle inbound and outbound customer communication via
calls, WhatsApp, and email
.
Provide accurate product information, offers, pricing, and order assistance.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into orders.
Sales & Target Achievement
Drive conversions by understanding customer needs and offering the right solutions.
Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
Assist customers in completing their purchases on brand D2C websites.
Coordination & Insights
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer experience.
Coordinate with brand clients to share insights, trends, and recurring customer patterns.
Provide actionable feedback that helps improve sales performance on D2C platforms.
Trend & Data Understanding
Identify customer behavior patterns, common queries, and buying trends.
Suggest improvements in communication, product presentation, and user experience based on customer interactions.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
1-3 years of experience in customer service or telesales preferred.
Target-driven attitude with a strong passion for sales and business growth.
Smart, proactive, and quick at understanding customer needs.
Ability to work with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, email platforms, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to multitask and handle high-volume interactions.
