The Sales Advisor is responsible for assisting customers in purchasing vehicles, explaining product features, providing test drives, and ensuring a smooth sales experience from enquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable Tata vehicle models.
Explain product features, specifications, and finance options.
Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives.
Prepare quotations and support the documentation process.
Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
Coordinate with the delivery and finance teams for smooth handover.
Maintain showroom display and ensure a professional appearance.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred.
Experience: 0-2 years in automobile sales (freshers can apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of vehicles and MS Office.
Positive attitude and customer service mindset.
