Responsibilities



Engage with clients through outbound calling and provide exceptional customer service. Assist clients with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate client records and documentation. Provide product information and support to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales. Demonstrate effective phone etiquette during all client interactions. Collaborate with team members to improve client services and streamline processes. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Handle cash transactions accurately when required.

Requirements



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest solutions. Problem-solving mindset and patience in handling complaints. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. Previous experience in customer service or advisory roles is a plus.
