Customer Advisor - Sales
to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in finding the right vehicle, explain product features, and ensure an exceptional buying experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and offers
Conduct vehicle presentations, explain features, benefits, and specifications
Assist customers through the full sales process, including financing and documentation
Follow up with leads and existing customers to drive sales and build lasting relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated with product knowledge, offers, and market trends
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales (automobile sales preferred)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
