Job Overview:

We are hiring energetic and confident individuals to handle customer calls for a US-based e-commerce process. Your job will be to assist customers, provide information, and promote products or services when required.

Responsibilities:

Talk to US customers over calls or chat Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions Explain products, offers, and warranties Handle complaints politely and professionally Meet daily or monthly targets Maintain accurate customer records

Requirements:

Qualification: HSC / Diploma / Graduation / ITI Good English communication skills Basic computer knowledge Positive attitude and confidence Flexible for night or rotational shifts

Salary:

Freshers: Up to ₹3.5 LPA + incentives Experienced: Up to ₹6.5 LPA + incentives
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
