About the work from home job/internship
As a Customer Acquisition intern, you'll be a part of a dynamic team, contributing to exciting growth initiatives.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring they understand how to use Lasso effectively.
2. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
3. Collect and relay customer feedback to the product team.
4. Help create user guides and FAQs.
5. Assist in developing strategies to improve customer retention.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
7. Research on emerging trends, platforms, and techniques in digital marketing to identify new opportunities.
8. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop fresh and creative ideas for campaigns.
9. Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics.
10. Engage with online communities and influencers to promote brand awareness and foster engagement.
11. Support the team in content creation, social media management, and email marketing campaigns.
