. The selected candidate will be responsible for connecting with schools across India via phone calls to promote and onboard them for the
Eduno International Olympiad
. This is a desk-based role focused on outbound calling, lead conversion, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Make 70-100 calls daily to school principals, coordinators, and decision-makers to introduce the Eduno International Olympiad.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Engage with potential partner schools, explain the Olympiad benefits, and convert leads into active participants.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of conversations, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
Follow-Ups:
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested schools to ensure timely onboarding and participation.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with school stakeholders.
Reporting:
Provide daily updates on performance metrics, feedback received, and challenges faced.
Support:
Assist in coordinating Olympiad-related materials and documentation with schools as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
0-3 years in tele-sales, customer support, business development, or similar roles. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Education:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
Confidence and clarity in speaking to school decision-makers
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Email, etc.)
Goal-oriented with the ability to work under targets
