About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Senior Sales Manager

to lead and expand our sales operations across multiple business domains, including

Education, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, and Corporate Sales

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating strategic sales plans, building strong partnerships, and driving business growth through effective leadership and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.

Drive revenue growth across multiple business segments (Education, F&B, Hospitality, Corporate sales).

Visit and tie up with institutions, consultants, colleges, and universities for training sessions and career counselling programs.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with principals, faculty members, and institutional heads.

Lead the sales goals to ensure consistent achievement of targets.

Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and understand customer needs.

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums.

Requirements

4-10 years of proven experience in sales leadership or managerial roles.

Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong track record in at least two or more domains:

Education, F&B, Hospitality, or Corporate Sales

.

Strong business acumen with the ability to strategize and execute effectively.

Leadership qualities focused on performance, growth, and team development.

Based in or willing to relocate to

Bhubaneswar

.
