Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and explain the company's products or services.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and lead follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, customer information, and sales activities.
Follow up on leads to convert them into customers and achieve monthly acquisition targets.
Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics (calls, leads, conversions).
Build rapport and long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
Provide feedback to the team on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related role is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-driven and highly motivated to achieve results.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure.
Proficient in using basic computer applications (MS Office).
