Job Title: Customer Acquisition Executive

Location: vytila kochi

Salary Package: ₹17000 per month

Probation Period: 6 Months

Notice Period: 1 Month

Office Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (As per UAE timing & company rules)

Alcazar Technical service llc are looking for energetic and result-driven Customer

Acquisition Executives to join our team. This role involves direct interaction with potential

clients, introducing them to our company's services and maintenance solutions, and

supporting the sales process to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate interest in company services.*
Handle inside sales activities, including explaining offerings, handling queries, and*

converting leads into customers.

Introduce and explain the company's service and maintenance solutions in a clear and*

professional manner.

Maintain customer databases, follow up on leads, and build long-term client*

relationships.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve customer acquisition targets.*
Adhere to company guidelines, UAE business standards, and professional ethics.*

Training Program

Duration: 1 Week*
The training will cover company services, sales techniques, and customer handling*

practices.

Selection Criteria: Final selection will be based on performance during training. Only*

candidates who successfully complete the program will be confirmed for the role.

Requirements

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).*
Confidence in making client calls and handling sales discussions.*
Ability to understand customer needs and present relevant solutions.*
Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.*
Freshers and candidates with prior experience in inside sales/telecalling are welcome.*
