Position Overview:
A Customer Acquisition Executive Intern is responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential and existing customers. The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting products/services, closing sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Handle objections and provide suitable solutions to customer concerns.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies for reaching targets.
Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.

Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Strong ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Education:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or higher secondary education with relevant experience.
