Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and networking
Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively to customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Follow up with prospects to achieve closures and meet acquisition targets
Maintain customer records, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for campaigns and promotions
Participate in customer engagement activities, events, and market research
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly acquisition targets set by management
Provide feedback on customer trends, competition, and market conditions
Skills & Requirements:
Graduate preferred (any stream)
Strong communication & convincing skills
Good negotiation and interpersonal abilities
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
Basic MS Office / CRM knowledge
Prior experience in sales, telesales, or business development is an advantage
