About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Proactively communicate with customers to update them on shipment status and delivery schedules.
2. Assist customers in resolving any concerns or questions related to their orders.
3. Verify orders that are pending design confirmation to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
4. Work with relevant teams to expedite the order confirmation process.
5. Identify and promptly address issues related to undeliverable shipments.
6. Coordinate with courier services to resolve delivery challenges and ensure successful order fulfillment.
7. Collect and compile customer feedback on their experience with products and services.
8. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with relevant teams.
9. Collaborate with product development and design teams to incorporate customer feedback into product enhancements.
10. Provide valuable insights to support continuous improvement in product quality and customer satisfaction.
