Job Description

Core Responsibilities



A. Customer Handling



Receive RFQs, clarify requirements Maintain relations & handle complaints Provide status updates twice weekly

B. Order Processing



Take monthly schedules Follow up and get Purchase Orders from customer Create Sales Orders in ERP

C. Coordination with Internal Teams



Share customer priorities with Planning Provide customer-approved drawings to Design Follow up with Planning for realistic delivery dates Inform customer of any delays (professional communication)

D. Documentation & Compliance



Send dispatch documents & coordinate logistics

E. After-Sales



Get feedback Track repeat orders Handle any issues after product is delivered
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
