Job Summary:

We are looking for a

experienced candidate

for Customer Account Executive in the

Logistics /transportation industry

to oversee the rates confirmation & negotiation (supplier, transporter's etc.), and perform cost analysis. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate billing, cost optimization, and vendor compliance while supporting procurement efficiency. Do apply if you can on immediate basis after selection.

Key Responsibilities:

Finalize transport vehicle rates with the client on an urgent basis. Coordinate with the customer and prepare/maintain proper documentation. Provide timely assistance during rate finalization. Coordinate with Operations, Billing, and Sales teams to ensure smooth process. Follow up on pending tasks to ensure closure within the given timelines. Escalate critical issues to the concerned department promptly. Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Take customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in the overall customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

Candidate should preferably be

hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

2+ years

of experience in procurement, invoice verification, or cost control, preferably in the

transportation or logistics industry

. Strong

negotiation and communication skills

with a proven track record of cost savings. Proficiency in

MS Excel and accounting software

. Excellent

analytical skills

with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of

logistics cost structures and regulatory compliance in the transportation sector

. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with finance, operations, and supply chain teams.
