Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Account Coordinator

to manage and support end-to-end operational processes for our international clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to coordinate across teams and time zones to ensure seamless client servicing and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the primary point of contact for assigned international clients. Coordinate end-to-end operational processes including order management, service delivery, documentation, logistics coordination, and post-delivery support. Maintain regular communication with clients via email, phone, and video calls to ensure clarity, alignment, and satisfaction. Collaborate with internal departments (such as logistics, finance, procurement, and customer support) to ensure timely execution of client requirements. Monitor process flows, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to meet client expectations. Prepare and maintain accurate reports, documentation, and client status updates. Ensure adherence to compliance, quality standards, and client-specific requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote trust and long-term partnership.

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field. Proven experience in account coordination, client servicing, or operations management - preferably in an international environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of CRM or ERP systems is a plus. Flexible to work in different time zones, depending on client location.

Preferred Skills:



Prior experience handling export/import clients or global operations. Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused attitude. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: ?12,052.17 - ?25,629.01 per month
