Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions you create are efficient and effective, while also participating in code reviews and contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Participate in the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). - Strong understanding of data integration and transformation processes. - Experience with database design and management. - Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize SQL queries for performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
