Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications meet the required standards and specifications while fostering a collaborative environment for your team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Implementation experience in S4HANA projects - strong hands on experience required in customization and configuration. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Strong client communication and handling skills. - Strong expertise in designing the solution after consumption of client requirements - Strong hands-on expertise in customization in area of FI - General Ledger, AR, AP, Asset accounting, Lease accounting - REFX. - Strong understanding of S4HANA Concepts in area of General ledger accounting - document splitting, New GL accounting, Accruals and Ledger and currencies. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: SAP FI CO, SAP S4HANA Financial Accounting. - Ability to manage client solution design workshops and work with agile methodologies. - Strong implementation knowledge in area of SAP FI - General Ledger Accounting - Strong integration system expertise with SD and MM module. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FI CO, SAP S4HANA Financial Accounting.
