Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are functioning optimally to support organizational goals. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: o Expected to be an SME. o Own end-to-end delivery for finance stream o Lead requirement workshops and solution design o Engage in strategic discussions with clients for process improvements o Collaborate and manage the team to perform. o Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IFS Solutions Functional Management - Finance - Must have end-to-end IFS Finance implementation experience: A minimum of three completed full cycle, end to end IFS Financial implementations in lead role. - Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and translate them into functional specifications of Finance. - Experience in application design and development methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 9 years of experience in IFS Solutions Functional Management - Finance. - This position is based at our Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
