Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components across various systems or applications, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will also participate in discussions to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring that the software solutions align with organizational goals and user expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services. - Experience with cloud-based data solutions and architectures. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Familiarity with agile project management tools and practices. - Ability to design and implement data pipelines and workflows. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
