Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing various components across systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business requirements. You will be involved in problem-solving and innovation, contributing to the overall success of the projects you work on. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Continuously assess and improve processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Quality Assurance (SQA). - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Familiarity with agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. - Ability to analyze requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
