Summary: As a SAP ABAP HANA developer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software components you develop are efficient and effective in addressing the challenges faced by the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, build and implement backend programs in SAP systems. - Work on roll-out and implementation of new business applications and functionality within the SAP - Responsible for successful implementation and monitoring of SAP export interfaces to other systems - Facilitates the gathering of requirements, designing, implementing, and supporting Digital Platform Service to enhance the clients' business functionality and performance. - Participates in meetings and build trust with internal business customers, understand business objectives, and seeks alignment. - Engage with Key Users and Business partners to identify and validate requirements and translate to solution design. - Analyzes and develops functional specifications and communicates to technical developers to develop the required solutions in the most efficient way. - Monitor and present periodic status to stakeholders. - Monitor Risks / Issues and prepare appropriate mitigation plans. - Ensure best practices are followed and required processes and specifications are documented. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, ABAP Developer - Must have SAP ABAP Development exp within SAP's Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) for S/4HANA. - Experience working in S/4HANA implementation and support projects. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with modern software development methodologies, particularly Agile. - Familiarity with database management and optimization techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
