Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the software solutions you develop are not only functional but also optimized for performance and user experience. Your role will require you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the software development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for software development. - Design, code, and test software components to ensure they meet quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher. - Strong understanding of data visualization techniques and reporting tools. - Experience with database management and SQL for data retrieval and manipulation. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development life cycle. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
