Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, creating user-centered designs, and ensuring that the applications meet both user needs and business objectives. You will also engage in iterative testing and feedback sessions to refine the user experience, while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions that enhance usability and accessibility for all users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather user feedback and insights. - Develop and maintain design documentation to ensure consistency and clarity throughout the project lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. - Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices. - Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. - Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
