Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall success of projects by leveraging your expertise in application development. Prerequisite for RDE - Translate business processes into AI-driven workflows, integrating Agentic AI patterns and SAP's AI services to deliver scalable, intelligent, and automation-ready applications. - Own end-to-end implementation, from data and model integration through solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment within SAP landscapes and customer environments. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and customer teams to drive AI adoption, optimize models in production, and continuously enhance solution quality and impact. - Experience with Transforming processes with AI & infusing Agentic AI innovations in SAP space. - Strategic thinking, client-focused articulation & effective demo/communication experience.
