Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of enhancements and maintenance tasks, while also focusing on the development of new features to meet client needs. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and optimizing existing code to improve performance and reliability, ensuring that the applications function seamlessly and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of application components to ensure high-quality deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with process mapping and workflow automation. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Experience in integrating robotic process automation with existing systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required. Project Role : Senior Application Developer Must have skills : Microsoft Robotic Process Automation - Automation Anywhere, Blueprism Good to have skills : Azure, Python, Power Automate Experience : o Minimum 6 - 8 years of strong software design & development experience o Minimum 5 - 6 year(s) of programming experience in Automation Anywhere A360 , Document Automation, Python. Key Requirement : o Automation Anywhere A360 Master/Advanced certification. o Strong programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript / VB scripts o Experience with Agile development methodology. o Exposure to SAP automation is preferred. o Exposure to A360 Control Room features. o Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and other Azure AI services. o Exposure to GDPR compliance is preferred. o Agile development methodologies are an added advantage. o Effective GEN AI Prompts creation for Data extraction using GEN AI OCR o Experience with APIs, data integration, and automation best practices o Experience in VBA ,VB and Python Script programming o Good Knowledge on GEN AI , Machine Learning. o Should have good hands-on in core .NET concepts and OOPs Programming. o Understands OO concepts and consistently applies them in client engagements. o Hands on experience in SQL & T-SQL Queries, Creating complex stored procedures. o Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills (English) o Good understanding of workflow-based logic and hands on experience using process templates, VBO design and build. o Should understand process analysis and pipeline build for automation process. o Should be able to handle automations end to end. o Should be able to help junior folks and train them.
