Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions align with the strategic goals of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Continuously assess and improve processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in software development life cycle management. - Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
