Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will utilize modular architectures and next-generation integration techniques to provide vision to Application Development Teams. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, employing a cloud-first and mobile-first mindset, and working within an Agile framework to create value across diverse projects of varying scopes and scales. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, contribute innovative ideas, and ensure that the development process aligns with the overall project goals, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Hands-on with SQL skills is required. - Nice to have - Experience with Snowflake, Oracle DB, Python for analysis, and prompt-design for GenAI-assisted insights. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Experience in Agile methodologies and practices. - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements. - Familiarity with modular architecture and cloud-based solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
