Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve applying your knowledge of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients and projects effectively, ensuring that the software solutions meet the required specifications and quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the overall success of the software development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with system integration and configuration management. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices to enhance project delivery. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
