Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, ensuring that the applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of projects by delivering effective software solutions that align with business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Commercial Insurance, Microsoft SQL Server, Personal Insurance. - Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Informatica workflows. - Familiarity with database management and SQL querying. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
