Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will utilize modular architectures and next-generation integration techniques to provide vision to Application Development Teams. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging in Agile practices, and contributing to the development of innovative software solutions that align with a cloud-first and mobile-first approach. You will play a crucial role in creating value across various projects, ensuring that the software meets business requirements and enhances user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and clarify business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical specifications. - Experience with Agile methodologies and practices. - Ability to create detailed documentation and reports for stakeholders. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
