Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to the development and maintenance of software solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members, analyzing requirements, and implementing effective solutions to meet project goals. You will also participate in discussions to enhance team performance and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with overall objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica MDM. - Strong understanding of data integration and data quality processes. - Experience with data modeling and metadata management. - Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Informatica MDM. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
