Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also participate in discussions to refine project goals and contribute to the overall success of the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in the development and implementation of application features based on user requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. - Contribute to the documentation of application processes and technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with application development methodologies. - Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting techniques in mainframe environments. - Understanding of database management systems and data manipulation. - Ability to work with version control systems for code management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
