Summary: As a Operational Analyst your responsible for batch monitoring, incident management, and operational support of AWS batch jobs and applications to ensure high availability and performance. Key Responsibilities: o Monitor AWS resources and application health using Step Functions, AWS Batch, CloudWatch, Dynatrace. o Handle incidents, alerts, and service requests as per SLA using ServiceNow (L1 and L2 support) o Support patching, deployment coordination, and routine maintenance tasks. o Perform basic troubleshooting for Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS and Postgres database issues. o Escalate complex issues to L3/Engineering with proper analysis. o Maintain operational logs, reports, and shift handover documentation. Must Have Skills: o Good understanding of AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch). o Hands-on experience in monitoring and incident management of applications built using AWS (L1 and L2 support experience in AWS applications is must) o Experience in supporting patching, deployment, and routine maintenance tasks. o Strong analytical and communication skills. o Willingness to work in 24x7 support or rotational shifts (5 days/week office) Good to Have Skills: o Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or ITSM tools and Python knowledge o Familiarity with Linux/Windows administration. o Scripting knowledge (Shell or Python) for basic automation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - 5 days Work from office is compulsory.
