Summary: Designing and developing Analog layouts for high-speed analog and mixed-signal IP blocks including SerDes, RX, TX, PLL,LDO,ADC, DAC and custom logic paths. o Collaborating with a team of experienced layout engineers to deliver optimized, reliable, and manufacturable designs. o Utilizing advanced CAD tools (Custom Designer, Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre, ICV, STAR-RXCT) for layout creation, verification, and debugging. o Executing deep submicron layout techniques, including floor-planning, ESD/latchup mitigation, and process technology adaptation. o Implementing and verifying layout flows such as LEF generation, top-level verification, DRC/LVS/LPE, and power routing with EM/IR considerations. o Providing technical leadership through knowledge sharing, status updates, and networking with senior internal/external stakeholders. o Applying scripting skills for layout automation to enhance productivity and reduce manual efforts. As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the software meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions that enhance the overall performance of the applications you work on. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior team members to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Analog Layout. - Strong understanding of circuit design principles and methodologies. - Experience with layout tools and design rule checks. - Ability to perform simulations and analyze results to optimize designs. - Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in analog design. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Analog Layout. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
