Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements and translating them into functional software components, while also ensuring that the solutions are robust and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to increase efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Familiarity with various programming languages relevant to automated testing. - Ability to design and implement test strategies that ensure software quality. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automated Testing. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
