Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements and translating them into effective software designs, ensuring that the solutions are robust and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Continuously assess and improve development processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services. - Experience with application development using modern frameworks. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
