Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, applying your expertise to create effective solutions, and ensuring that the software meets the required standards and specifications. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and optimizing existing systems to enhance performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a collaborative environment. - Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications to guide development efforts. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Transportation Management. - Experience with A&D Aftermarket. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Proficient in programming languages relevant to software development. - Experience with system integration and data migration processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in BlueYonder Transportation Management. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
