Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software solutions are scalable and high-performing. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver effective results, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require you to think critically and creatively to provide innovative solutions that align with the goals of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the development team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Regulatory Compliance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Life Sciences R&D. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks. - Ability to conduct thorough testing and validation of software solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
