Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to deliver high-quality software that aligns with organizational goals and user needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application specifications and user guides. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Reporting Analytics. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Experience with data visualization techniques to present findings effectively. - Familiarity with database management and querying languages. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Reporting Analytics. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A BE or Btech is required.
