Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project specifications, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to enhance operational efficiency. You will also engage in testing and troubleshooting to refine applications, ensuring they align with user needs and business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies. For VBA: o Designing and developing macros and automation scripts using VBA. o Creating workflows to import/export data, perform calculations, and streamline reporting. o Enhancing productivity by integrating Excel with databases and other Office tools. o Debugging and optimizing existing VBA code. o Collaborating with business teams to understand process needs and deliver automation solutions. For UIPath: o Designing and deploying automation workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots. o Collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities. o Testing, debugging, and maintaining bots for operational stability. o Documenting processes and providing user support. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced, UiPath - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience with process automation and optimization techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration of applications with existing systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
