Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: o Responsible for developing in PowerApps (Canvas) with power automate/flow , SharePoint / Dataverse. o Knowledge on the Power FX. o Experience customizing SharePoint lists using OOTB and Integrating with PowerApps. o Ability to create business processes, Approval Workflows with out-of-the-box MS Flow / Automate. o Create and manage custom connections to integrate external data sources and services o Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing. o Implement and manage security and permissions in Power Apps to ensure compliance and data protection.. o Work directly with clients for requirement gathering, Application development. o Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise. o Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement. o Experience with Model-Driven Apps, Migration, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and SQL is a plus. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
