Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing application features, and ensuring that the solutions align with business objectives. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application specifications and requirements. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with test automation tools. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Familiarity with application performance testing techniques. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Functional Test Planning. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
