Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, performing maintenance and enhancements, and contributing to the overall development process. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code while adhering to best practices and project timelines, ensuring that the applications meet client requirements and industry standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Experience with web application frameworks and technologies. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - This position is based in Chennai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
