Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements, ensuring that all configurations meet the specified standards and contribute to the overall project goals. You will engage with various stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights that enhance the software development lifecycle, fostering a collaborative environment that drives project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles. - Experience with customizing SAP applications to meet business needs. - Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP and other systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
