Project Role : Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Technical Skills: ₹ PeopleSoft PeopleTools ? Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries for effective data validation. ? Knowledge on how to run Excel to CI and Run My Jobs Test cases. ? Knowledge on Katalon Studio or any Automation tool. Functional Experience / Knowledge: 1. Good knowledge of PeopleSoft-HCM including : o Core HR, ESS, MSS o Payroll (NA/Global) o Benefits Administration o Time and Labor o Workforce Administration o Recruiting / Talent Acquisition 2. Good understanding of end-to-end Business Process flows and transactions. 3. Good to have - exposure to Government / semi government clients in above functional areas i.e. Citizen Services Administration industry skill Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scripts, test evidences and RTM based on functional and technical specifications. 2. Execute end-to-end testing of Oracle PeopleSoft HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll (NA/Global), Benefits Administration, Time and Labor. 3. Perform system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). 4. Validate data across PeopleSoft applications and backend (SQL). 5. Collaborate with functional teams, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing. 6. Utilize tools such as JIRA, SQL Developer, Service Now, and Katalon. 7. Track and manage defects through resolution; perform re-testing and regression testing as required. 8. Participate in testing activities for PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, bundles, and new feature releases. 9. Contribute to QA process improvements, automation strategies, and knowledge sharing.
