Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day will involve designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure that the applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. Your role will also include troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements to improve application performance and user experience, all while adhering to best practices in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies. - Assist in mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Portal Tools. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM Portal Tools. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
