We are seeking a forward-thinking professional with AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy intelligent frameworks leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI frameworks within Oracle platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various Business Functions, a passion for innovation in AI, and rich experience with delivering enterprise grade technology solutions using Gen AI / Agentic AI Frameworks. This role requires the ability to conceptualize and implement AI-driven enhancements to traditional Oracle processes, driving the next generation of enterprise automation and intelligence. Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - While the business situation / problem is given - you will have responsibility to visualize innovative solutions leveraging Accenture's GenAI & Agentic architecture and the best of available technologies from Oracle , Accenture and other providers. - Engage in end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery: requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and business adoption. - Work with real-time AI platforms, integrating AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills:- -Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment. -Hands-on experience in GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) and Agentic AI applications (multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning) - demonstrated through project implementations -Strong fundamental knowledge of AI lifecycle, data analysis, statistical concepts of ML algorithms (supervised and unsupervised learning) and AI concepts of NN (Neural Networks) and NLP (Natural Language Processing) -Solid grasp of prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, value realization in AI projects. Must To Have Skills: - Proficiency in Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS). - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with application configuration and customization. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Additional Information:- - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS). - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
