Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows. - Collaborate with stakeholders to refine application requirements and enhance user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PostgreSQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with database optimization techniques. - Familiarity with application development frameworks. - Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience in writing complex SQL queries and database management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PostgreSQL. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
