Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software solutions are scalable and high-performing. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver effective results, ensuring that the software aligns with the overall objectives of the organization. Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on progress will also be a key part of your daily activities, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously assess and improve team processes to increase efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks. - Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures. - Familiarity with agile project management tools and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Financials. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
